Rector

The Rector is the person ultimately responsible
for the moral, spiritual and academic development of the College students
and for the running of the staff. He has the right to admit or expel a
student from the College. His tasks include the educational aspect, that of
identifying goals and the academic and pastoral curriculum, ethos and
resources of the College. He is responsible for the management of human
relations and is the leader in planning, organization, coordination, staff
development and record keeping. |

Vice Rector and
Assistant Head (Pastoral Care)

Pierre Desira O.S.A.
The Vice Rector is also the Coordinator of the
Pastoral Care Team, (PCT) in the College and one of the Assistant Heads. His
role is to oversee the pastoral care of students, and to act as Head of
School in the absence of the Rector. He is the person who acts as a
reference point for all contacts to and from the PCT and who has the whole
picture of the PCT and students so that the PCT can function properly and
efficiently. He is also in liaison with parents. |
