Enrichment Non-academic subjects are used to stimulate our students’ creativity and are a step towards their better socialization. This will help our students to work as a team and improve their physical and mental agility. Creativity periods are offered in the primary classes and junior forms involving a number of different activities including arts & crafts, cooking, drama etc. In the junior forms, students also learn more on the technique of Painting and Drawing in more formal Art lessons. The College Library is open to students in all classes according to their timetable. Arrangements have been made to ensure that only small groups of students can use the library at a given time so that the librarian and teachers accompanying the students can provide more personal attention to the students. A study room is being renovated adjoining the library to enhance research/study facilities. The library is also equipped with computer facilities, including Internet use, for the benefit of students and teachers. Normal regulations of any library apply here. We insist that our College participates in all kinds of national initiatives, competitions, surveys, festivals and other activities since we believe that this is another way of providing our students with learning opportunities. |
