b. Letter writing

60 Form III students have started correspondence with their counterparts. All letters have been delivered to the students and new friendships are already budding.

c. Gallipoli Project

20 Form III students who have chosen History as one of their choice subjects, are currently carrying out research on the Battle of Gallipoli. They are working in teams to investigate various themes relating to the First World War, The Battle of Gallipoli and the Involvement of Malta in the First World War.

Visit to Pietà Military Cemetery

As part of the Gallipoli Project, these students have visited Pietà Military Cemetery which is under the guardianship of the Commonwealth War Graves Commission.

The aim of this visit for the students was to learn how to gather information about a historical event from a cemetery while commemorating the memory of the soldiers about whom they have studied.

d. Muslim influences

Form II students are currently working to present their research work about Muslim influences on Western Culture.
